Terms of Service

By creating a CleanFlow workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Plans begin with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, the selected plan begins unless cancelled. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

You own the data you enter into CleanFlow. We process it only to provide the service. You can export or request deletion of your workspace data at any time.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access another workspace's data, resell access without agreement, or use CleanFlow for unlawful purposes.

Integrations such as Xero and Guesty are provided as a convenience and depend on those third parties. CleanFlow prepares draft invoices and payroll exports for your approval; you remain responsible for reviewing them before they are finalised.

We work to keep CleanFlow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
