CleanFlow is an Australian-built operations platform for professional cleaning businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Account information such as your name, business name, email address and phone number.

Operational information you enter into the platform, including clients, properties, staff records, job details, timesheets and photos.

Technical information such as device, browser and usage data collected to keep the service secure and reliable.

To provide and operate the platform, including scheduling, reporting, invoicing and payroll features.

To provide customer support and communicate service updates.

To improve product reliability, security and performance.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your operational data to train third-party models.

Each workspace is logically isolated with role-based access controls, so one business cannot access another's data. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our infrastructure providers.

We share information only with the service providers required to run CleanFlow, such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and any integrations you choose to connect (for example Xero or Guesty).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Account owners can also export or delete their workspace data.
